Project concept

Job response assistant

Spot the opening. Have your response ready.

A planned concept for monitoring job opportunities and preparing fast responses. The tool is not live yet.

When response speed matters

For people who find work through job boards, gig listings, or other opportunity websites. Add the pages you want to watch and save your details once. The assistant would detect relevant new or changed postings and prepare the information needed to respond.

Watch. Detect. Fill.

  1. Choose what to watch. Add a job listing, search-results page, or supported website. Set the kinds of opportunities you want to hear about.
  2. Catch the change. Detect a new posting, a reopened opportunity, or a relevant update. Show what changed and alert you when it matches.
  3. Prepare the response. Match the posting’s fields to your saved profile, experience, availability, and standard answers. Prefill supported forms or prepare a response to copy.
  4. Review and send. Open the opportunity with the details ready, confirm anything specific to the job, and submit your response.

A simple example

A job page you follow adds a matching opening. You get an alert with the change and a prepared application or first response. On a supported site, the form fields are filled from your saved details so you can check them and respond without starting over.

Built around the websites you use

The first version would support a selected set of sites, with monitoring frequency and form filling designed for each one. It would keep track of postings already seen so the same opportunity does not repeatedly trigger an alert.

Prepared answers would use information you provide. Missing details would be highlighted, and you would review the response before submission.
